Know Your Rights: MONEY
The best things in life might be free – but food, clothing, shelter and most other things you use every day cost money. Successful adults work hard to earn, save and invest their money. They also spend it wisely. When you turn 18 you will be responsible for taking care of yourself. Now is the time to start learning how to handle your money. Your case manager or other CBC staff is supposed to help you find classes that can teach you about managing money. But you have to have money to get experience handling it. The first step toward protecting your rights is knowing what they are!
